Last year, I wrote about the Holiday Light Show at Macy's. I wound up taking my son, who was 16 months old at the time, and to my surprise, he couldn't have cared less. I thought the lights would be enough to capture his attention--babies love sparkly things right?--but it turns out he was totally distracted by the kids around him instead.
Of course, the show is back again this year through December 31st. Again, I'll be bringing my son, but I have a feeling he'll be more focused on the lights themselves this year. Shows run every hour on the hour. The center court tends to be a mad house on the weekend, so if you're able to, sneak in with the kids in the middle of the week. If you have to go on a weekend, get there early!
